Save to Eagle

Connect Eagle on this machine and file generated results into your local library with tags — one image at a time or in bulk from history.

Requirements

Eagle is a local asset management app. The connection needs:

  • Eagle installed and running on this machine;
  • Eagle's local API on its default port 41595 (unchanged and not taken).

Viko only sends content to Eagle when you explicitly save — there is no automatic syncing.

Set up the connection (once)

  1. Start Eagle;
  2. Open the extension settings and turn on Enable Eagle;
  3. Keep the endpoint at the default localhost:41595 (unless you changed it in Eagle);
  4. Adjust the default tags if you like (initially viko,ai-generated); they are attached on every save;
  5. Click Test connection and confirm it succeeds.

Save a single image

  • After a generation completes, click Save to Eagle in the extension panel or the task detail;
  • What is saved: the image, the default tags and the source information.

Save history in bulk

  1. Open the studio History and enter selection mode;
  2. Select all or pick tasks one by one;
  3. Choose Save to Eagle; success and failure counts are shown when it finishes.

Connection problems

Three checks in the troubleshooting guide: Eagle is running, the connection is enabled and tested in the extension, and port 41595 has not been changed or taken.
