Upgrading
- Upgrades apply immediately: the price difference is prorated over the rest of the current billing period, and the credit difference is granted proportionally;
- New concurrency, batch and queue benefits activate once the prorated charge succeeds;
- Yearly upgrades prorate over the remaining year; the current benefit month's credits top up proportionally.
Downgrading
- Downgrades take effect next billing period; current benefits stay unchanged;
- You can revert any time before it takes effect.
Switching between monthly and yearly
Interval switches always take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time; benefits run until the end of the current period, never cut short;
- Remaining credits for the period stay usable and are not converted to cash after expiry;
- Purchased booster credits are handled as described in credit lifecycle;
- Content beyond Free limits becomes read-only archive after cancelling; nothing you deliberately saved is deleted.
Payment methods and invoices
- Card changes and invoices are handled in the subscription management entry (Stripe Customer Portal);
- A failed charge starts a grace period with a prompt — update the payment method within it; your assets are unaffected.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable (cancel any time, benefits to period end); exceptions such as duplicate charges or prolonged outages are handled manually via the contact link in the site footer. Full policy: terms of service.
