Filter your history

Narrow down with two filter layers — state and task type; running tasks keep syncing across refreshes; automatic records follow a retention policy, deliberate saves are never touched.

Two filter layers

History filters combine two dimensions:

DimensionOptions
StateAll / saved / running / done / failed
Task typeAll / reverse only / reverse + generate / direct generate

"Failed × direct generate", for instance, isolates the generation tasks worth retrying. State meanings are in the task states dictionary.

Running tasks

  • Refreshing or closing the browser never loses a task; reopen and the state keeps syncing;
  • Tasks started from the extension appear here too.

How long records are kept

  • Task history is an automatic execution log; older records are cleaned up under an internal retention policy;
  • Anything you deliberately saved — archived works, saved prompts, keyword cards, palettes — is never touched by history cleanup;
  • For results you want to keep long-term, archive them into works or save to Eagle.
