The floating ball does not appear
Check in order:
- Open the extension settings and confirm the floating ball's global switch is on;
- Confirm the current site is not on the disabled sites list; disabled sites can be restored with one click;
- Confirm the target image is large enough — small images (icons, avatars) do not trigger the ball;
- If the extension was just installed or updated, refresh the current page once.
If everything checks out and it still does not appear, restart the browser.
Reverse or generation will not start
- Confirm you are signed in (click the toolbar icon to see the status);
- Confirm your balance covers the action: reverse 1 credit, generation 6 credits per image, pose reference 6 credits;
- If the balance is short: trial credits are valid for 30 days; once used up or expired you need a subscription — see get credits;
- If balance and sign-in are fine, wait a few minutes and retry.
A task stays queued or generating for a long time
- At peak times the upstream model channel is rate-limited; tasks queue automatically and usually recover within minutes;
- Refreshing the page does not lose tasks — running tasks keep syncing their state;
- A task that times out is treated as failed and its reserved credits are refunded (see credit rules).
Common generation failures
| Message | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Content safety | The reference or prompt triggered the model's safety policy | Change the reference or adjust the prompt, then retry |
| Rate limited | The upstream model channel is busy | Wait a few minutes and retry |
| Timeout | A single call exceeded its time limit | Retry; for batches, complete the missing images inside the pack |
| Service unavailable | Cloud or model service issue | Retry later; report it if it persists |
Reserved credits for every failed task are refunded automatically.
Credits were not refunded
- Refunds for failures land within 30 minutes — wait and refresh your balance first;
- Still missing after 30 minutes: note the task ID (copyable in the task detail) and reach us through the contact link in the site footer.
I keep getting signed out
- Incognito windows do not keep sessions — that is expected;
- Clearing browser cookies also clears the Viko session;
- Just sign in again — cloud tasks and assets are unaffected.
Eagle is not detected
- Confirm Eagle is running on this machine;
- In the extension settings, confirm the Eagle connection is enabled and click Test connection;
- Confirm Eagle's default port
