Enable pose reference mode
Pose reference mode is off by default; enable it in the extension settings. While it is on, each generation first analyses the reference's pose in the background, used to reproduce the figure's pose, position and weight distribution.
Pose reference costs 6 credits per use, on top of the generation credits.
What it constrains — and what it leaves alone
| Referenced | Still driven by your prompt |
|---|---|
| Pose and posture | Who the subject is and how they look |
| Figure position in the frame | Clothing and styling |
| Contact points and center of gravity | Scene and background |
| Weight and force relations | Color and style |
The pose reference is a spatial constraint only — it does not carry the reference's art style into the result.
When to use it
- The reference's pose is exactly right, but subject and style should change;
- Multi-figure compositions need stable positions and contact between figures;
- Describing a pose in words keeps missing.
To carry the color mood instead of the pose, use a palette; the two stack.
